Weekend

Hello. It's been awhile since I last posted...hmm. Anyways, things are well. Tomorrow is the 'Greek Easter thing' at the neighbours house, and I plan to crash their party and steal some chocolate. But, since I've been invited, I can just steal chocolate and run, without any trouble. Which is nice.

The bookshelf is now being painted--by me--and I'm currently waiting for it to dry. Hopefully that will go fast, then I can do another coat, and finally paint-splatter it. My plan is to put a bunch of paint on a brush, then splatter it on the bookshelf. If I do it correctly, it will look nice. But, knowing me, I probably won't do it right, and then it will look like crap. How wonderful.

Today's post won't be long, since I've not got much to say. Other than the fact that I've redone my profile (now I have to wait for the person doing the layout to finish) and it looks much better. More colours and less pictures and such. Much nicer now.

Dentists

Got back from the dentist, and I apologize for not updating. I am an idiot, and have no memory whatsoever. Now, I am EXTREMELY happy. Because yesterday I finished City Of Glass, and it was EPIC!!!!!

You see, Jace and Clary turned out NOT to be related, meaning they could happily fall in love. Clary's real brother was Sebastian-or at least pretending to be him-and was evil. It was strange, but a happy and good ending. The only part I like is, that Alec and Magnus FINALLY got together. I mean, seriously, you can't hide it for that long. Yay for them.

UHM, I don't know what else to say, other than the fact that I am being extremely tedious with my story updates. Dunno why, I just never get around to writing anymore. I'm too busy reading. Whoo for that.

Erm.

Hello. If you were wondering why I'm posting at this time, no, it is not because I am skipping school. It is because today is a Collaborative Day, which means that the teachers have meetings in the morning, and the students don't need to be at school till 9:50. Or rather, that's when school starts.

Well, I don't feel like posting much at the moment, but there might be another post later today, explaining the boring part of my day. ie, all of it.

Scared, because I think Tom Fletcher is reading the Twilight series,

Lou.

Very Tired.

Once again, I am an idiot. You see, when I got home, I was extremely tired, and didn't feel like doing much of anything. As it were, I ended up finished one of the books I bought recently. So, I apologize.

There isn't much to report about the 'family Easter', because it was the same as every year. Minus my favourite part, the Egg Hunt. Because all of the children aren't children anymore, we've cut out the Egg Hunt. Boo Hoo. It was BY FAR the best part about 'family Easter'. There was food, which was nice.

I'm a reading machine. Well, not literally. I've finished The Da Vinci Code, and was well impressed. It was really good. I also finished City of Ashes, and today I got City of Glass, which is the final book in the series. Despite my incredible discomfort, I've also bought a copy of Twilight, for my reading pleasure. Not. I got it mostly because I haven't the slightest idea what happens, and because I'm writing a story based on it, I might as well read it again. Ho hum.

Cleaned windows today, which wasn't in my top choices for something to do on the last day of the long weekend. Oh well, all is done. At least I got money. 10 bucks. Well done for me! At this point, you should be applauding. ESPECIALLY because I had to ride my bike home. Wait, that was confusing. You see, I was cleaning the windows/working at my Oma's home, which is in Burnaby. I live in Vancouver. That means, that it is a 45 minute bike ride. Or, something around that time. Luckily I had the Super Bike, so it was all okay.

The Parentals are watching 24 upstairs. I don't really understand the show, despite having watched it only about 3 times. The only part I like is, where the smart person (who happens to be a woman) uses a Mac. That makes the show mediocre. At least she's awesome and hacks into all the security stuffs. Yay for her.

Maybe I should get up there an complain, because Father was SUPPOSED to speak to me about a bookshelf, as I am lacking in that area. At the moment, my books are lying on the floor (much to my discomfort) waiting to collect dust in a bookshelf. Because that's what books are supposed to do. Wait, that's not right either. God I'm getting stupid. Or maybe it's just the fact that I am very tired an can hardly walk. Okay, that's an exaggeration.

May the Force be with you, (or perhaps "So long and thanks for all the fish." would be more suited to your taste. But hey, whatever floats your boat. Or hoverboat. Hmm.)

Just So You Know,

I will be posting another entry today, because this is my morning entry. Since I'm going to a 'family Easter' type thing, I might as well tell you all about that. Though it will probably be me just complaining about how there wasn't enough chocolate. Coz that's really the only cool thing about Easter, is it's just like Halloween, except you don't have to ask strangers. You can just go and eat TONS of food and not feel bad about yourself because everyone else is stuffing their faces as well!

Yesterday I started a new story. Dunno if this one is gonna last, but I like it quite a bit. You may remember me say how much I dislike the Twilight series. Well, I've started a story about just that. Except, because my main dislike in the series is one of the main characters, Bella, I'm making her a side character instead, and I've made my own fab character. Unlike Bella, my main character is also a vampire, and controls/manipulates fire. Her name is Seraphina Blaze, which I thought was quite fitting. Anyways, I'm at the second chapter at the moment, but I've only posted the first one on Mibba, because I want the input from the readers.

This post is quite short, but I just wanted to say those two things, so that's it.

Lou.

P.S. I'm still an idiot, by the way.

P.P.S HAPPY EASTER!!!! () <- That is your Easter egg. :)

I Am An Idiot.

Apparently- according to the Fatherly Person- the quote I heard from Ryan Ross is in fact a SONG LYRIC. That, of course, makes me feel stupid and unintelligent. But, being only 13, how was I supposed to know it was a lyric? I thought that it was just some random sentence that he'd thought of, not a direct quote. Well, that definitely ruins my day.

At least I got a new book. It's called City Of Ashes, and is the sequel to a book I read AGES ago- suitably called City Of Bones. And the third (and final) installment in the series is called City Of Glass. Basically, it's a fantasy book, that's set in modern times. There's vampires, werewolves, demons, faeries, warlocks, and (more importantly) Shadowhunters. Then there's the whole romance aspect to it, complete with two people who've recently found out that they are siblings and offspring of the ultimate evil dude. They are, respectively, in love. It's also got the whole best friend who's in love thing going. Oh well. Still a good book in the fantasy aspect, even though the romance is all awkward and iffy.

Today is the day of the long-awaited concert, FOB/ATL/HM/CS. Unfortunately, Metro Station will (apparently) also be there, and the paper failed to mention the two bands that I actually WANT to see. All Time Low and Hey Monday. But I will, regrettably, not be going. Not even early to see if I can meet Alex Gaskarth. Or rather, any member of any of the bands. Except maybe Metro Station, because 1. Trace Cyrus is related to Miley Cyrus, therefore evil. And, 2. They're Metro Station! Only creepy fangirls (no offense) want to meet them. I am definitely not a creepy Metro Station fangirl. Not even a fangirl for that matter. I mean, who DOESN'T scream "I LOVE YOU *insert name here*" at concerts? Nobody that I can think of.

Well, now that I've finished ranting about being a Depressed Idiotic Psychotic Weirdo, I bid you farewell.

Long Weekend!!

Tra La La...the long weekend is finally here!!! I'm so happy that I get to sleep in tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after, AND the day after. It's very comforting.

My plan for meeting the bands still stands, it's for Saturday. Hopefully the Parentals will arrange to drive me, because I cannot do that myself. Obviously (no pun intended).

At the moment, I'm listening to this EXCELLENT remix of the Doctor Who theme song, with some extra stuff. It's sooo cool. Even got the Daleks in there. I've been reading the Da Vinci Code, well I just started, and it's quite good. See, I've owned the book for about 3 years and never really got around to reading it. But I have now. In other music news, not that that previous sentence had anything to do with music, I've become addicted to the Arctic Monkeys. They're just SO good, it's not fair. Of course, McFly is and always will be my favourite band, and Panic! At The Disco is a (very) close second, but I have to say that the Arctic Monkeys are definitely top 5.

This post is going to be quite short, because I'm tired, and don't feel like elaborating on my incredibly BORING day. Except, I will mention the fact that, we've gotten a new project for Leaders. How exciting. Not. Anyways, we've been put into groups, and we have to choose a topic. The topics have been given to us, and we had to pick our top three. But we won't actually know which topic we're getting until after the long weekend. Isn't that helpful?

In the words of Ryan Ross; I am tired, I am weary, and I could sleep for a thousand years.

Lou.

Unfortunate.

You know, I got all worked up about making the masks for the lead roles in the Mainstage musical. Just my luck (no pun intended) that the lead girl is ALSO an Art student, and is making her own mask. Of course, Ms Webber failed to mention who the lead guy was, and if he was making is own mask. So, I get to do whatever I want with the mask I was working on, and it will be even awesomer that before. HA.

I've got a couch in my bedroom now! Its so fantastorific that I can't even bloody believe it. It's so nice to sit and read, when I know that I won't hurt my back (I sound like an old person) on the metal frame of my bed. Or my desk chair. I was thinking of covering the wall next to it in lyrics, and then spent ALL of last night writing them on paper, then taping it on the walls. But it looked crap, so I took it down. So much for that I idea. Any ideas on what I can do?

I was reading the McFly (ie- best band ever) blog- yes it's actually WRITTEN by them- and found possibly the most AMAZING word ever. It's so cool. Here it is:

Fricklemazingradilucious-skatdiddleyo-rumplestiltskin-
kinklepoop

Isn't it awesome? And all thanks to my un-biological twin, Tom Fletcher. WOO. Anyways, now that I've got that out of me, onto more important topics. I've FINALLY managed to tune my guitar. No, no, not on my own. Coz that would be a bloody miracle. I used an online tuner, since the Fatherly Person is not capable of generating enough common sense to actually think of BUYING me an actual tuner. I mean, it's not that hard to understand that I want my guitar to sound nice, not out-of-tune-crap-type-noise. Like it does for the general amount of time. Except for now, because I've got SKILLS. HAHAHA.

Well, that Fatherly Person Who Doesn't Have Any Common Sense has just informed me that the food is ready. Yay for food!

FALSETTO!!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! I reached the falsetto notes in I Constantly Thank God For Esteban!!! WIN!!

I'm really happy. YAY. Also, other things that are happening tomorrow that I'm happy about are:

1. Tomorrow first block (English) I have an assembly. So English is cut short. HA.
2. A few of my friends and I are designing the masks for the masquerade scene in the Magee Mainstage musical, The Boyfriend. So we work on them during Drama, that means that I miss Drama too!
3. There's a meeting tomorrow about the musical, The Boyfriend, where people can volunteer to work as Stage Crew or Dressers. The Grade 10's get priority, but I might get a job. Preferably Dresser though.
4. This probably doesn't sound very exciting, but tomorrow I'm also getting my prescription for my glasses renewed, and that means that I get new glasses! Also, I'm gonna try out contacts so I can wear my totally awesome purple sunglasses that are awesome.

That's it. WOO. Tomorrow is a Tuesday, and normally Tuesdays suck, but tomorrow won't. Unless, of course, I come down with some horrible disease and die, but that won't happen because I'm a vampire. Or rather, part-vampire. And if that does happen, I'll just become a full vampire instead of dying. So life is good.

Wow, I just read that last paragraph, and it's strange. Also, I read the best quote/sentence/random word thingy earlier. It goes like this:

'My 0.00000001% chance of marrying Alex Gaskarth still beats your 0% chance of marrying Edward Cullen.'

And of course, being an Alex Gaskarth lover, I adored this quote/sentence/random word thingy. More excellente news is, that even though I'm not going to the All Time Low concert, I might still be able to possibly maybe meet them. You see, my genius plan goes as follows.

1. Go to Thunderbird Arena early, and possibly in the morning.
2. Find where the busses are, and try to sneak past a security guard.
3. If that fails, which it probably will, try and find one of the All Time Low/Fall Out Boy/Hey Monday/Cobra Starship members and get their autograph and picture.
4. Find as many members as possible.
5. Ultimate Goal: meet Alex Gaskarth.

Think it'll work? Probably not, but it's worth a try. Maybe I can message Alex/Jack/Rian on Twitter and ask them to meet me. That would be sooo cool if they actually did. A-mazing x 50 billion. Well, that's all I have to report today, and I've just noticed how many lists are in this entry. Strange.

Life. Don't Talk To Me About Life.

Hahaha. I love Marvin. He's very enthusiastic about his depressive state. Wonderful.

Now. I'm in a surprisingly good mood at the moment. I say surprisingly because I've had an utterly horrible day. I think that I stubbed my toe in the exact same place about 4 times this morning. And then when I got home. It's quite sad, really.

But, my story writing is going well. My longest one so far is called We're Back, and it's about Panic! At The Disco. Very good. I've written 12 chapters so far, and I'm gonna be writing the 13th soon. So hopefully the readers on Mibba will like it. Mibba is the website that I post my stories on. And I've gained a few friends from there, it's nice.

Other than that, nothing much going on. Oh, I go on this website now, Twitter, perhaps you've heard of it? Yeah. Lots of celebrities and news places use it. V fun. The only downside is that almost nobody I know uses it. By people I know, I mean people that I know personally, not celebrities and such. The only person I've found so far is my Tante Tine. I've even tried convincing my friends to stop using the catastrophe that is Facebook and start using Twitter instead. Even it's name is better. Anyways, I've been having fun on the website.

First Post

So this is my new blog. Pretty isn't it? I used a pre-made template and made it better.

Um...I made my other one private, for reasons I'm not going to discuss. ANYWAYS, today I listened to most of the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. It's quite good. The original, that is. Other things happening now are: I have to get new glasses; perhaps contacts too, a new calendar, and shoes. I really doubt that I'm going to be getting shoes, but it's always good to put them in there. Nothing else much, so this post is over.

Byebye, Lou
